| Enrollment Fee: Initial enrollment fee of $25.00 includes dues to the following June 30. |
| Annual Regular Membership: Annual Regular Membership dues of $10.00 provide for annual July 1 through June 30 membership. |
| Annual Gold Membership: Individuals donating $25.00 or more per year are designated as "Gold" members. |
| Life Membership: Life Membership provides paid up dues for life with a one time payment of $150.00. |
